    sealight - dead lettersThe Sealight EP, Dead Letters, which I had the pleasure to mix, combines aspects of acoustic folk music with lush, layered guitars, expressive vocals and ambient textures which create an immersive and distinctive sound.
    Dead Letters
    is inspired by the bands collection of letters and fragments of correspondence with the group’s families in France and Australia.

    Also I should mention that I’ve also written score for the new Gregg Araki motion picture Kaboom! which I mention not because it’s news but because I saw these posters all over my town as it was released in France recently.

    winter gardenNovember 28th saw the release of the long awaited Winter Garden the fruit of the collective labors of Eraldo Bernocchi, Harold Budd and myself, recorded last year in Tuscany. It is released on Rare Noise, although you should consider a purchase from my store as I have ensured that all the ones we sell not only are circular, the correct shape for a CD, but sound better … :)

    robin guthrie and harold budd - bordeauxLet’s not forget that my latest recordings with Harold Budd were released by Darla Records on February 22nd 2011. The album, Bordeaux was recorded in France in the summer of 2010. It’s also really rather good, probably the best thing we’ve done together.
