For the first twenty five years that I made music everyone (and their dog) told me that my music was very cinematic and that I should do film scores. However it became apparent that no-one in Hollywood actually had my telephone number so I had to wait twenty five years for someone to ask me to do one and, I have to say that, when finally asked, I have approached these projects with great enthusiasm as it has allowed me to both make uncompromisingly beautiful music and, more importantly, contribute to a narrative storytelling process, thus broadening my experience and allowing me to learn new disciplines.
