Starting at 18 years of age I had a band called Cocteau Twins. I never imagined, at that age, any future beyond making an album. That was the goal and in the fall of 1981 we did just that. Everything which came after was extra. I'm not the best person to try and give a history of Cocteau Twins in just a few sentences but suffice to say for the next few years I was rather busy.
